Then when you ask a sales representative what the cost is you receive the response of; We would need to run a credit application to determine the actual cost. No, no you don't. A credit application has zero relevance as to the asking price of the model that I'm inquiring about. Not to mention the sales representative has no knowledge if I am paying cash, pre-approved through another lender or other means. Then having your assumed Sales Manager and Finance Manager attempt to inform me as to why you need a credit application to provide the price of a motorcycle on your showroom floor confirmed that I will never return to Volcano H-D. I'll either take my business to Paradise H-D, or Dirty Hands Garage for repair work.
